At Ghoriwala.co, operated by SABITA PODDAR, we follow a prepaid-only payment policy for all orders placed on our website for Samay Watches. Please read the terms below carefully:

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made securely through the available online payment gateways at checkout (credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any order.

Order Confirmation

An order will be processed only after successful receipt of payment.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation of your order once payment has been completed.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways.

We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

Refunds & Failed Payments

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds, if applicable for other reasons (as per our Refund & Return Policy), will be processed to the same payment source used at the time of purchase.
